Matt is counsel in Reed Smith’s Restructuring & Insolvency Group, focusing his practice on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and related litigation. Matt has significant experience advising debtors, lenders, financial institutions, and post-effective date representatives in cases under chapters 7, 11, and 15 of the Bankruptcy Code. Prior to joining Reed Smith, Matt worked at several prominent bankruptcy firms in Wilmington, Delaware, and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Mary F. Walrath, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Delaware.
