His primary focus is representing lenders and borrowers in all types of loan transactions, including construction, mezzanine, bridge, bridge-to-agency, balance sheet, syndicated, and co-lending arrangements, as well as other loan structures, with respect to all asset types, including, office buildings, multifamily properties, health care facilities, condominiums, hotels, storage facilities, shopping centers, and other retail, commercial, and mixed-use assets.
