Minas is a counsel in the Global Corporate Group in Athens.

His main areas of practice are energy and utilities (power, oil and gas), infrastructure projects, renewable energies, natural resources and environment. Minas advises on electricity, oil and gas sector regulatory matters; privatizations; concessions and infrastructure and energy project development; procurement and construction; and power purchase and gas supply agreements. He also advises on M&A transactions, project financings and capital markets deals in the energy sector.

Representative matters

Advised a Greek solar PV projects developer on the successful sale of a 460 MWp solar PV projects portfolio under development in various locations across central and north Greece to an international renewable energy company.
Advised PPC Renewables, a wholly owned subsidiary of PPC, on the financing of a 230 MWp solar PV projects portfolio under development in northern Greece.
Assisted PPC Renewables in its negotiations with RWE Renewables for the setting up of a joint venture for the development, construction and commercial operation of a 2 GWp solar PV projects portfolio under development in Greece.
