Richard is an experienced disputes and inquiries lawyer, who has advised on a broad range of matters over a number of years. He has particular experience of advising in connection with complex, challenging and sensitive matters, whether in inquiries or dispute resolution. He has experience of advocacy (in arbitration and inquiries) and has significant experience of complex financial services disputes, contractual disputes, professional negligence and insurance. He has handled numerous matters involving many parties, including both the TAG and CLE disputes, which were claims involving many hundreds of parties and many thousands of individual claims.
