Ryan joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in the Hong Kong office in September 2024 and is currently in his fourth and extended seat in the Litigation department, having rotated across Banking (Shipping Finance) and Corporate departments. Prior to joining the firm as a trainee solicitor, Ryan obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong in 2023 and 2024 respectively.

Acting for the controlling shareholder of a Hong Kong financial institution that is ultimately owned by the PRC state and is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange in contesting an unfair prejudice petition filed by a minority shareholder in Hong Kong
Acting for a wealth management group in defending claims by a former senior staff member and seeking an injunction and damages for breach of non-compete and non-solicitation covenants and confidentiality provisions at the High Court
