Associate

Sean is an associate in Reed Smith's Real Estate Group. His practice focuses on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, portfolio management, and real estate due diligence. Sean has experience representing global corporations, national developers, data center owners, real estate investors, investment funds, corporate clients and more in connection with the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of commercial properties, and regularly advises on transaction structuring, title and survey matters, and closing documentation. He manages transactions from start to finish, beginning with the letter of intent through closing and brings experience assisting clients with ongoing asset management and operational real estate issues.
