In acting for her international clients, Séverine is adept at putting into perspective the challenges HR heads face when dealing with the complexities of French employment law, often as it applies to their subsidiaries. To that end, she and her team work together to ensure that clients meet their global goals and challenges in line with the expectations and requirements of French employment law. The team also focuses on delivering practical and concrete responses to address clients’ legal needs. In addition, the team works in close collaboration with Reed Smith’s corporate department on matters related to transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and business transfers.
