Representative matters

Advised international environmental organizations in the negotiation and documentation of debt-for-nature swaps, including a deal that reduced the sovereign debt of the Government of Belize to the Government of the United States by half, a transaction in Peru that will help conserve an area of tropical forest that is larger than the State of Virginia, and two transactions in Panama that will help protect thousands of acres in the vital Panama Canal watershed and in the unspoiled Darién Gap region.
