Susan regularly advises clients on music rights transactions, including catalog acquisitions and royalty interest investments. Her work includes conducting diligence and chain of title review, analyzing contractual rights and revenue streams, and structuring agreements designed to safeguard ownership, administration, exploitation, and income participation rights in recorded-music and music-publishing assets.

Susan’s music practice also includes representing artists, producers, songwriters, record labels, and music companies in the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of industry agreements, including recording, publishing, licensing, management, brand partnerships, endorsement, and touring and live performance agreements.

In addition, Susan advises studios, production companies, investors, and talent on matters related to the development, production, financing, and exploitation of film, television, and digital content, as well as influencer collaborations, digital media partnerships, and name, image, and likeness (NIL) matters.
