Talia is a member of Reed Smith’s Emerging Technologies team and advises both established and emerging companies in a variety of data- and technology-intensive sections, including artificial intelligence (including generative AI and LLMs), SaaS, cloud-based technology, e-commerce, consumer electronics, mobile applications, and other online business offerings. She structures, drafts, and negotiates agreements often found at the center of licensing, development, and procurement transactions, such as license and development agreements, collaboration agreements, vendor and sales agreements, internet and e-commerce transactions, consumer-facing and internal privacy policies and notices, terms of service, and master products and services agreements. Talia counsels clients on a wide range of complex transactions involving privacy, data, security, and technology, including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR), and other comprehensive data protection regime readiness.

Advised multiple national grocery store chains on U.S. state privacy compliance issues.
Conducted a full gap assessment of a large quick-serve restaurant franchise group and addressed corresponding gaps in adtech compliance, transparency, and privacy by design issues.
