Trisha is a senior associate in Reed Smith’s Energy and Natural Resources Group. Her practice focuses on commercial and investment arbitration, public international law, and litigation proceedings in common law jurisdictions.

She has experience working as counsel and tribunal secretary under ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, SIAC, LCIA, DIAC rules as well as ad hoc arbitrations.

Representative matters

Represented the Spanish subsidiary of a multinational American infrastructure company against an Eastern European State authority in a commercial arbitration under the UNCITRAL Rules.
Represented a Swiss infrastructure company against a Peruvian mining company in a commercial arbitration under the ICC Rules.
Represented an Australian investor in two multi-billion dollar investment treaty arbitrations in the mining sector against a Central European State under the UNCITRAL Rules.
