Victoria is a partner in the Real Estate Group and concentrates her practice on commercial real estate transactions, and zoning and land use matters. She represents corporate clients, developers, real estate investment trusts (REITs), lenders, and institutions in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate. Her practice includes counseling clients on real estate development issues, governmental approvals, and construction of improvements. Victoria also assists buyers, sellers, and tenants with sale/leasebacks for single tenant and multi-property portfolio transactions nationwide, as well as representing landlords and tenants in lease and sublease transactions for office buildings, shopping centers, retail spaces, and warehouse properties.

Representative matters

Represented an institutional client in a transaction worth $300M for the construction and development of a research and laboratory facility, including the establishment of a condominium and leasing structure for the units with a developer partner.
Obtained land development approvals for a 23-story office tower in Pittsburgh, PA.
Acted as real estate counsel to a borrower in a $147M credit facility secured by various real properties and leases within the state of Pennsylvania.
