Yuta has extensive experience advising U.S. and international clients, including public and private companies, investment banks, and venture capital firms, on a wide range of corporate matters. Her work focuses on capital markets, securities regulations, and corporate governance practices. She has advised on numerous capital-raising transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, private placements, de-SPACs, and strategic investments.
