Global law firm Reed Smith successfully advised Noro-Moseley Partners, an Atlanta-based early-stage venture capital fund, in its investment into Liminal’s $8.5-million Series A round, the firm announced today. Liminal is a New York-based marketing and competitive intelligence provider.
The Series A funding will be used to support product innovation, build scalable infrastructure and deepen partnerships with clients, according to the company press release.
The Reed Smith team was led by co-chair of the U.S. Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Group Nick Foreste and Global Corporate practice associates Matt Carlucci and Haley Gleerup.
