Moya is a partner and general counsel, EMEA. She is a member of the firm’s Legal Department and Professional Responsibility Committee. Moya has over 20 years’ experience in providing advice to the firm’s lawyers on regulatory compliance, professional standards and ethics, and conflicts management, to assist them in the provision of complex, multi-jurisdictional legal services. She provides legal advice to the firm’s Senior Management Team on risk management issues and assists the firm’s business services teams on contract terms and data protection.
