Anastasia is an associate in Reed Smith’s Structured Finance team, advising banks, funds, corporates, and trustees on structured finance including receivables finance, securitisations, asset portfolio sales and acquisitions, restructuring, and insolvency. Dual-qualified in Greece and the UK, she provides clear, practical advice and commercial solutions at every stage of complex, cross-border transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
Her most recent work includes advising on a €11 million litigation funding transaction and a structured debt note programme. She also supports clients with issues arising in the life cycle of corporate and regulatory finance transactions.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Anastasia practiced law in Greece, and earned her Master of Laws from Queen Mary University of London. She also spent nearly three years working in the legal team of a leading commodities trading firm in London where she focused on corporate finance and project finance transactions.
Anastasia is active in the firm’s pro bono and volunteering initiatives, contributing to projects supporting underserved communities and charitable organisations.
