She defends manufacturers in federal and state courts, including mass torts, multidistrict litigation, and single-plaintiff actions, and has served as a key member of multiple trial teams. Jamie handles all phases of litigation—from managing discovery to taking depositions, drafting Rule 702 and dispositive motions, and shaping trial strategy.
As product liability law evolves to encompass software and digital technologies, Jamie counsels digital health and MedTech companies on mitigating potential litigation exposure. She co-leads the firm’s EU Product Liability Directive task force, educating clients and industry groups on implications for economic operators across the supply chain. Her thought leadership on “software as a product” has been featured in industry publications and conferences addressing the convergence of product liability and technology.
Jamie also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on civil and human rights litigation.
