Juliet joined Reed Smith in 2011 as a member of the Records & E-Discovery Group. She provides support on a wide variety of projects, including government investigations, medical device litigation, False Claims Act litigation, due diligence reviews, and antitrust matters including second requests.
She manages review teams tasked with analyzing documents for responsiveness and privilege, providing training and QC of their work, while coordinating with case teams on all aspects of review projects. Juliet also works with case teams to prepare productions and privilege logs, and assists with various other aspects of discovery including deposition preparation, drafting responses to discovery requests, and conducting witness interviews. She has experience with researching, drafting, and editing various pleadings and supporting memoranda for submission to a number of different courts.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Juliet worked as a litigation associate, focusing her practice on admiralty and maritime law, insurance defense, and general commercial litigation. She has successfully argued before county, federal, and U.S. bankruptcy judges.
