Randa Lewis is an associate in the Pittsburgh office and focuses her practice on environmental transactions, regulations, and litigation. Randa has represented clients in a broad range of complex environmental issues, including civil enforcement and litigation matters, under federal and state laws, as well as transactional issues.
Randa is also part of the firm’s global environmental, social and governance (ESG) practice. She advises clients on topics such as: drafting climate-related disclosures for public company filings, climate change-related risk management, renewable energy compliance matters, energy efficiency standards, and environmental sustainability issues.
Randa earned both her J.D. and M.S. in Environmental Science and Management from Duquesne University. While in law school, Randa served as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing and was Editor-in-Chief of Joule: Duquesne Energy & Environmental Law Journal. In addition to managing the law school’s Urban Development Practicum, Randa was also a student attorney, where she assisted various non-profit organizations in transactional matters. During Randa’s undergraduate studies, she was involved with various research projects in conjunction with The Nature Conservancy and the Allegheny National Forest.
