Nadja advises local and international clients on EU and German competition, antitrust and regulatory matters. She counsels digital platforms and industry leaders on compliance, distribution systems, merger control, cartel investigations, and abuse of dominance cases.
Before joining Reed Smith, Nadja worked in Brussels at an international law firm on high-profile antitrust proceedings and gained further experience as a stagiaire at the Bundeskartellamt, Germany's Federal Competition Authority.
With a background in both law and economics, Nadja brings a strong analytical perspective to the assessment of competition issues. Her German-Swedish roots, and international experience in Argentina, Belgium, Israel, and Sweden, equip her to navigate complex cross-border matters with ease.
