While in law school, Philip interned in the business and legal affairs departments of Marvel Studios and Fox Entertainment. His practice focuses on a wide range of entertainment and corporate transactions.
In the entertainment space, Philip’s experience includes negotiating and drafting talent, writer, director and co-production agreements in the film & tv industry. Philip also has experience representing financiers in film financing deals. He also works closely with industry-leading video publishers on complex commercial agreements.
Philip makes invaluable contributions to the firm’s corporate teams, and has played key roles in representing leading private equity firms in acquisition financing and M&A deals.
Additionally, Philip is also a member of the firm’s Retail & Consumer Goods group, with a key interest in the beauty, fashion and luxury goods sector. His interest and experience in the fashion industry complements various advertising deals that he has played key roles in closing.
