Advising on the scope and requirements of the EU Data Act in relation to product design regarding software and hardware for a subsidiary of a Japanese e-commerce conglomerate (globally leading e-book seller and publisher).
Advising on the creation and implementation of a GDPR compliance programme and providing advice on the global implementation and rollout of a new global HRIS system for a Japan-headquartered multinational pharmaceutical company.
Advising on the internal policy for generative AI and on the use of AI tools for content creation for consumer businesses, advertisers, and production clients.
