Samantha Kennedy

Samantha’s practice includes defending and counseling clients in a variety of substantive areas, particularly general commercial disputes and contract disputes. Samantha is well-versed in drafting pleadings, handling motion practice, and participating in all stages of discovery, trial, and judgment enforcement.

Samantha also maintains an active pro bono practice at the firm. She currently participates in the appellate representation of two individuals on death row in Alabama.
