Paulette Mastin

Paulette advises corporate trustees, other service providers, and companies on a wide variety of capital markets transactions, including medium-term notes, equity-linked and regulatory capital issues, loan participation notes, high-yield bonds, covered bonds, securitisations (e.g., CMBS, RMBS, and whole business), project bonds, and collateralised debt obligations. Additionally, she provides counsel on other forms of structured finance products, including secured lending transactions, PPP/PFI and renewable deals, and Islamic finance (Sukuks and the first internationally rated Sharia securitisation).
