He represents clients in multi-jurisdictional disputes and international arbitrations under the rules of the leading arbitral institutions and trade bodies in the UK, Asia and the Middle East. 

He also has extensive experience of negotiating sale and purchase contracts and storage agreements for commodities including crude oil, oil products, coal and base metals. He has particular experience of advising on LNG MSPAs and offtake agreements for renewable energy products.

Nick has completed client secondments at two global banks and the freight trading desk of an energy company.
