His practice involves a wide range of commercial litigation, representing clients across diverse industries in matters including civil enforcement actions, regulatory investigations, contract disputes, and product liability.

He manages various phases of pretrial practice, including case strategy development, resolving discovery disputes, and taking depositions. Tyler has experience overseeing complex eDiscovery processes, including managing large-scale document review projects.
