While at the firm, Tyler has practiced in federal and state courts across the country. He has managed various phases of pretrial practice, including case development, discovery requests and responses, and depositions. Tyler has considerable experience with the electronic discovery process in commercial litigation and regulatory investigations. His experience includes working closely with joint defense groups in multi-state and multidistrict litigation.

Tyler also dedicates a portion of his practice to pro bono work.
