Innovation and health law is a new and evolving area of health care policy. The China Food and Drug Administration is promulgating a regulation to fast track approval of innovative medical devices. This conversation session will compare China’s pending regulation with similar regulations in the United States. This session will also invite attendees to discuss how regulations can advance domestic and global health care innovation that improve net health outcomes.
