In Oxford Union style, a panel of debaters will argue in favor of, or against, the motion: “This house believes that arbitration should apply a binding doctrine of precedent.”
The interactive session will see judges voice their opinions on the arguments, consult the audience, and finally choose which side to support, giving reasons for their decisions.
