New York Arbitration Week 2022 will take place from November 14–18, 2022 and the theme of this year’s conference is “International Arbitration: Who’s In Charge?” – a question that a diverse group of speakers (including arbitrators, practitioners and scholars from 22 different jurisdictions) will address in the context of the latest “hot topics” in arbitration, from cyberverse disputes to the green energy transition to high tech arbitrations and beyond.
Unless otherwise noted, attendance at all NYAW events is free of charge with most allowing for hybrid attendance.
