Reed Smith LLP has assisted Sonendo, Inc., a developer of new dentistry technologies based in Southern California, in completing an equity financing round totaling $35 million. The financing, through new and existing investors, will allow Sonendo to advance the commercialization of its alternative root canal treatment, the GentleWave® System, as well as develop additional products in adjacent verticals to leverage its Multisonic Ultracleaning™ technology platform.
