Tharimmune, Inc. is the first publicly traded company to leverage Canton Coin and support the Canton Network to advance institutional blockchain adoption and the digitization of financial markets. In addition to driving value through activities on the Canton Network, Tharimmune also operates clinical-stage biotech research and development. Tharimmune plans to use proceeds from the offering to acquire Canton Coin, a utility token used for interoperability and settlement across the Canton Network, and to support related activities on the network. The company also intends to operate as a Super Validator and run additional Validators on the Canton Network as a mechanism to obtain additional tokens.
The Canton Network connects financial institutions on a secure and interoperable blockchain and is supported by major global financial institutions and market-infrastructure providers. Tharimmune reported more than 500,000 daily transactions on the network as of September 30, 2025.
