MUNICH - Global law firm Reed Smith has today announced that it will be expanding its European corporate practice with the hire of corporate transactional partner Florian Hirschmann in Munich. Florian will join from DLA Piper where he co-headed the China desk.

Florian specialises in private equity and M&A work, with a particular focus on the representation of Chinese funds and strategic financial investors investing in Germany. He also represents European-based funds and German corporates.

At Reed Smith, Florian will work closely with colleagues in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong on inbound and outbound investment between China and Europe.
