Oliver specialises in complex commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration, typically in multi-jurisdictional circumstances with multiple stakeholders.

Advising and representing an international service provider in the field of IT automotive solutions in its defence against a competitor's cease-and-desist claims as well as asserting claims for contractual penalties and damages
Advising and representing the shareholders of a hospital group in connection with various legal disputes in connection with its takeover by domestic investors
Representing a listed company in the real estate industry in numerous lawsuits brought by minority shareholders in connection with changes to the company's capital structure and resolutions of the annual general meeting
