Today, the firm’s 10 floors at Broadgate Tower glowed purple and its staff donned purple attire, to celebrate the positive contribution of people with disabilities.

This comes after London associate Vaibhav Adlakha featured in a Channel 4 film highlighting the concerns many people with disabilities have about how they are perceived in the workplace, and it is hoped that it will encourage companies to become disability confident.

Tamara Box, Reed Smith’s managing partner for Europe and The Middle East, said: “I’m incredibly proud to be part of a firm that embraces diversity and inclusion and it was fantastic to see that passion shown in purple today.

“Reed Smith’s commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce is not only part of its core principles but one of its strongest attributes. And while we have made some great strides we will be continuing to build on our work so far.”
