Formerly with Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, Hader has more than 25 years of trusts and estates experience, and will provide additional bench strength to Reed Smith’s capabilities in New York and nationally.

Hader focuses her practice on domestic and international estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, prenuptial matters, charitable planning and counseling. She advises clients on a wide range of issues, including gift and income tax planning in connection with closely held business interests, commercial real estate, private equity funds, hedge funds, and litigation related to contested probate matters, the administration of estates and trusts, and complex business disputes. In addition, she has assisted clients with the formation of family foundations and serves as a director on a number of their boards.
