NEW YORK - Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that it advised private equity firm ORIX Capital Partners and its portfolio company NTI Connect, LLC on the purchase of Vertical Communications, Inc., a leading provider of specialized solutions to the nation’s leading wireless, small cell, and fiber providers.
The Reed Smith Private Equity team on this transaction was comprised of Christopher Sheaffer, Anatoliy Rozental, Nataly Laufer Sultan and Sophie Ha. The debt finance team was comprised of David Hayes, Matt Limbert, and Margaret Deutsch.
