With a significant client base in manufacturing and industrials, Levin advises on mergers and acquisitions, the formation of joint ventures and strategic alliances, and general corporate and commercial law. He also advises directors and shareholders of privately and publicly held companies, and on the licensing and development of IP.

Levin has held two director positions, at Capri Corp., a software development company, and at Strube Celery & Vegetable Co., one of the largest distributors of fresh fruits and vegetables in the Midwest.

A native of Chicago, Levin received his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and A. B.S. from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Levin is a board member of the Logan Square Club of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago and a past member of the corporate board of directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago.
Levin is the second partner to join the firm’s Corporate Group in 2021. Executive compensation partner Kevin Kay joined in January in the New York office.
