Bhattacharyya, a London-based Global Commercial Disputes partner, and Finch, a Los-Angeles based Insurance Recovery partner, have been named in the EMpower 100 Ethnic Minority Executives List, and Basile, a Silicon Valley-based Intellectual Property partner, has been named in the EMpower 50 Advocate Executives List.

“We’re delighted to see Gautam, Katy, and Amber all celebrated for their leadership and dedication towards promoting and ensuring diversity and inclusion for ethnic minorities in the workplace. They are each in their own way driving cultural change and creating a workplace where everyone can succeed, and I am incredibly proud to call them colleagues and role models,” said John Iino, global chair, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

The EMpower 100 Ethnic Minority Executives list celebrates senior people of color who are leading by example and removing barriers on the pathway to success for ethnic minority employees.

EMpower 50 Advocate Executives are senior leaders who are not people of color but dedicated to creating a more diverse and inclusive business environment for ethnic minority employees at all levels.

Founder and CEO of INvolve, Suki Sandhu OBE, said: “I’m thrilled to be celebrating another incredible group of Ethnic Minority and Advocate Role Models who are championing inclusion and inspiring the next generation of talent. Discrimination and barriers to success are still prevalent for ethnic minority groups and Role Models are essential to change perceptions and show everyone that you can be successful in business while also being your authentic self at work.”
