Graumlich focuses her practice on employment litigation and counseling, including disability discrimination and whistleblower issues.

In her profile on valawyersweekly.com, Graumlich is quoted as saying: “I expect that 2021 will be a chaotic, disruptive period as employers make efforts to achieve some sense of normalcy in the post-pandemic world. I think we will see more regulatory requirements placed on employers, higher wages, larger damage demands from plaintiffs in employment litigation, an increase in whistleblower claims, and more employment cases overall.”

Graumlich received a separate accolade from Virginia Lawyers Weekly this week. The publication named her to its 2021 “Influential Women of Law” list, which “honors outstanding women lawyers and judges who are making a difference in the profession, their communities and [the] commonwealth.” Graumlich is one of 30 leading woman lawyers to receive this honor in a special section in an upcoming edition of Virginia Lawyers Weekly, as well as at a June 20 reception and program held online.
