In partnership with independent researcher Best Companies Group, nominees from Crain’s Best Places to Work in New York are ranked based on a weighted employee survey and an employer questionnaire.

“Needless to say, this past year tested the resiliency and resolve of our people, and challenged us to deliver the high level of service our clients have come to expect while maintaining the character and culture of our office despite all working remotely. I couldn’t be prouder of our team in New York for passing that test and meeting the challenge,” said Cindy Schmitt Minniti, Office Managing Partner for Reed Smith in New York.

“Being honored by Crain’s for five years in a row, and to earn our highest ranking ever this year, is a testament to how committed our people are to one another. Our office is a fantastic representation of our firm’s core values, where working together and treating each other with dignity and respect at all times is an expectation and individual differences are prized, knowing they are essential to our great culture, our performance and our service delivery.”
