NEW YORK – Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that it has advised private equity fund Leeds Equity Partners in connection with its platform acquisition of Archive360, a company that develops and provides information archiving and information management services and software to the business-to-business market, including cloud management, eDiscovery and data encryption and security.
Leeds Equity Partners is a sector-focused private equity firm dedicated to the education, training, software, and information services industries.
