Through the WE LEAD program, Stewart will participate in a year-long curriculum focused on leadership skills, identifying and maximizing personal strengths, building business, and effective communication. She will also join a monthly mentoring circle with other female lawyers in Dallas. "I am honored to join this diverse group of woman lawyers and look forward to exploring and building new leadership skills through this program."

Stewart helps design compliance and regulatory solutions for clients in the medical device, drug, and health-care industries. She regularly works alongside in-house lawyers, risk-control stakeholders, and operational professionals to evaluate risk and represents her clients in complex litigation and government investigations involving the False Claims Act.

The association’s WE LEAD program addresses challenges faced by high-performing women who have practiced law for 8 to 15 years.

DBA WE LEAD is a series of four half-day sessions running from February 2022 to November 2022. It prepares participants for the unique challenges facing women in the legal profession; empowers, educates and uplifts woman lawyers to take an already successful law practice to new heights; and prepares them for active professional leadership in their firms, the business world, and in the community at large.
