Davis’ practice focuses on structuring, documenting, and negotiating credit facilities provided to a broad array of investment funds and their affiliates. He has represented both large and middle market domestic and international financial institutions as lender, administrative agent and lead arranger in a variety of complex subscription backed, NAV, hybrid, management company and general partner credit facilities to funds affiliated with prominent fund sponsors.
