London-based partner James Atkin has been featured in the Best of the Best Global Expert Guide 2022 (pdf) for energy and natural resource-related legal services in the United Kingdom, sharing the distinction with just three other practitioners.

Atkin advises clients in the oil and gas sector on transactions in Asia, Australia, the Middle East, Africa and North America, and has extensive experience advising on large-scale oil and gas projects, LNG sales arrangements, and energy-related mergers and acquisitions.

Nina Carlina Sugianto

In awards announced earlier this month, Singapore-based associate Nina Carlina Sugianto was included on IFLR’s list of 2022 Rising Stars Asia-Pacific award winners.

Nina advises on FinTech and financial services regulation, including licensing and approvals, conduct of business and regulatory change projects. She advises on legal issues relating to digitalization and data, payment services, digital assets, software and content licensing and e-commerce.

She has experience in engaging with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and other regulators in relation to applications for licenses and exemptions.
