NEW YORK – Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that it has advised Position Music in connection with its growth equity investment by Vesper Company.
Position Music is an independent publisher, record label and management firm.
Vesper Company is a venture capital and private equity firm that partners with entrepreneurs to scale technology, content and services companies.
Position Music was advised by a New York-based private equity team led by Chris Sheaffer, Anatoliy Rozental, James Tandler, Simon Kliegman, Ian Sherwin, Nataly Laufer Sultan and Danielle Scalise on the corporate side and Stephen Sessa and Robyn Sandak of the firm’s Entertainment and Media Industry Group.
