NEW YORK – Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that the National Organization on Disability (NOD) has recognized it as a 2023 Leading Disability Employer. The only law firm to be honored among the 64 organizations commended by the NOD, this is the fifth time Reed Smith has been named as a leading disability employer and is the second recognition for its commitment to being an employer of choice for people with disabilities in recent months, following its recognition in the 2023 Disability Equality Index as one of the best places to work for disability inclusion.

In its ninth year, the NOD Leading Disability Employer Seal spotlights the transformative contributions made by business leaders in promoting employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. It also honors those organizations that prioritize diversity, equity and importantly, accessibility–setting a high standard for others to follow.
