Cheng represents Fortune 500, international and middle-market companies in a wide range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, with a particular focus on public M&A transactions. Her experience includes take-private deals, public and private mergers, asset and stock acquisitions and divestitures, auctions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, private equity investments, and bankruptcy-related transactions.

Beyond her client work, Cheng is a passionate advocate for inclusion in the legal and business communities. She frequently speaks at events regarding women on corporate boards and is an active member of the Women’s Excellence Network and Top Women in M&A (New York chapter).
