Active on both domestic and cross-border matters, James has helped clients close more than $14 billion in transactions, including over $2.5 billion in health care M&A. He represents clients ranging from technology startups to private equity firms and strategic acquirers. James also has a depth of experience with payments commercial contract negotiations and payments M&A, having closed over $2 billion in such transactions.
