Bijou is an Associate in the Asia Corporate team, based in Singapore. Bijou’s practice focuses on the structuring, establishment and operation of open-ended and close-ended funds including but not limited to private credit/debt funds, real estate funds, fund of funds and other asset classes across Singapore vehicles (such as variable capital companies (“VCCs”), private limited companies and Singapore unit funds).
