Aditi is a counsel in the Energy and Natural Resources practice group at Reed Smith. Her practice includes advising on all areas of banking and finance including project finance, acquisition finance and general banking matters. She is particularly experienced in advising parties on structuring and documenting financing arrangements in energy-related transactions. She also has significant experience in infrastructure financing matters.
Aditi began her career with another international law firm in London and has been based in Singapore for over a decade. Aditi has represented multinational companies as well as local and international banks. She has worked on deals across South and South-East Asia and has been a member of the APLMA (Asia Pacific Loan Market Association) Young Leaders Committee in Singapore in the past.
Aditi also focuses on cross-border financing transactions. Leveraging her dual qualification in England and India, she is well versed in the requirements of such transactions and external commercial borrowings by Indian entities and advises as the lead English counsel in such matters.
